MG has one of the largest low pressure networks in Australia and we continue to demonstrate exceptional reliability. This reflects the high engineering standards of the Victorian gas industry over the past 40 years, together with the inherent reliability of underground, meshed gas supply networks. We are committed to delivering high value, low cost pipeline services to our customers.

For the 2013 calendar year, we aim to meet or do better than the following Reliability service level targets.
