Customer information: storm related outages

Severe storms across Melbourne last night led to significant power outages on our network, affecting approximately 50,000 customers. As at midday we have restored supply to more than 45,000 customers.

Crews are working through a high volume of jobs this morning, including more than 20 that require construction work. Some of these are extensive and will take some time. We appreciate your patience as crews restore power to all impacted customers as quickly as possible.
